Intro

Born and raised in the industry, The Brothers Construction is family-founded by 3 brothers who understand the problems that clients often face with contractors. We focus ourselves on being a business that delivers good quality workmanship that is expertly executed, on time, with reliability, and through honest and reasonable pricing.

With over 53 years of experience at the helm and a no-BS work and business ethic, those who have worked with us know that we do not make any exceptions in our service delivery, whether a private individual or business. We remain vested in entering a project as a trusted partner and concluding a project as a friend.

The Team

On the ground our teams are led by one of the founding brothers Eric Cilliers and our father and executive member Willem Cilliers. Together they get their hands dirty alongside our ground teams, putting their extensive knowledge and accuman to work.

Our hands-on approach sets us apart from other teams. The knowledge and workmanship of our ground teams are held to the highest standards, and is an extension of our leaders and their proven abilities.

Eric heads up our daily operations and new business development. With extensive command in construction, security systems, access control and electrical, Eric is in charge of all mobalisation of ground teams and secondary senior foremans within the business.

Alongside Eric is Willem also known as "Senior" our father and secondary senior foreman, with over 40 years of experience on large scale projects both nationally and internationally. Willem joined our business bringing with him an incredible depth of knowledge and expertise in civil engineering, construction, maintenance and more.

Eric and Willem are joined by Shaun and Chris, our other two founding brothers, who head up the remainder of our executive committee and are in charge of business operations, marketing and administration.
